Speechkick started with a simple realization.
When I got pregnant, I felt so many emotions. Excitement, love, worry, confusion.
What I didn't expect was to feel deeply grateful for my career and education as a speech-language pathologist. I felt so lucky to know how to support my child in her communication development, what to look out for, and how to build her skills without extra effort.
But I couldn't stop thinking about how many parents don't have access to that kind of guidance in a way that actually fits into real life.
And it didn't feel fair. I kept coming back to the idea that no parent should have to feel unsure, or like they're guessing their way through something so important.
Supporting your child's communication shouldn't feel overwhelming and it shouldn't require hours of research or complicated activities.
That's why we built Speechkick.
Speechkick turns speech and language development knowledge into simple, practical guidance you can use throughout your day. No complicated setups. No pressure to do more. Just clear ways to support your child during the routines, play, and interactions you're already having.
